This form is for those who intend to do their Sunnah Itikaaf at Masjid Usman for the last ten nights. Please fill-out the information below and the coordinator will contact you few days before to confirm your availability.

Itikaaf starting on Tuesday March 10th, 2026

• By filling this form, you are signing up to do the Sunnah Itikaaf at PIC Masjid Usman. The coordinator will contact you 5 days before the start date to ensure you are still confirm to start. 
• If you miss to confirm when contacted, your spot may be given to the next person on the waiting list.
• Should you choose to not take part anymore for any reason, kindly update the office immediately so the spot can be given to the next person on the waiting list.
