Description:
The preservation of the Quran has always been of central importance to the Islamic tradition. Allah SWT has taken an oath to protect it and mankind has been tasked with passing it on through generations. Here at PIC, we have also taken up this task by establishing a full-time and part-time Hifz program to facilitate the memorization of the Quran. We have knowledgeable and experienced teachers committed to teaching Allah's words to the students so that they may preserve the Quran by memorization and by implementation in a spiritual and peaceful environment.
Students are carefully trained and inspired to memorize the entire Qur'an and are groomed with the confidence to lead prayers and other salah. After completing their studies of Hifz, students have the opportunity to apply for advanced level islamic education (e.g. Alim course).

Full-Time (Boys):
School Term: September to August
Duration: Monday to Friday
Timing: 8:30am - 3:00pm (Fridays Half Days)

Part-Time (Girls):
Insha'Allah we will be offering a female Hifz class. This program is open to ages 8+ with the prerequisite of knowing how to read the Qur'an in nazira. Currently the program will be offered online due to limited space in the Masjid. However, as the restrictions ease, the program will be brought back in-person.

Timing: 5:00pm - 7:30pm
