Mufti Abdulmannan Mulla is the Imam of Masjid Usman and Director of Religious Affairs at the Pickering Islamic Centre.

He teaches courses on Arabic Language, Seerah, Fiqh and Hadith. He answers religious queries regularly and provides religious guidance.

He holds multiple ijāzas (licenses) in the Islamic sciences and is authorized to issue fatwa from Dār al-'Ulūm al-Madania (Buffalo, USA) where he graduated with distinction in 2008. In the past, he has taught advanced Islamic Studies at Dar al-Ulum Canada (Chatham), including Arabic Literature (Adab), Jurisprudence (Fiqh) and Hadith. He takes a keen interest in youth-oriented activities and community education. He lives in Toronto with his family.
