Join us for an inspiring afternoon featuring special guest Sh. Musleh Khan and a live performance by Salaam Canadian Band, along with student performances, raffles, and a silent auction.

Delicious food for both adults and children will be catered by Affy's Premium Grill.

Sh. Musleh Khan
Shaykh Musleh Khan is a well-known Canadian Islamic speaker and educator recognized for his engaging lectures on faith, family, youth development, and personal growth. His reminders are practical, relatable, and spiritually uplifting.

 

Salaam Canadian Band
Salaam Canadian Band is a popular nasheed group known for their uplifting, family-friendly Islamic songs that inspire love for faith and community.

 

All children ages 4–12 will participate in a separate children’s program hosted by Mumini in the O’Brien Rooms, located on the east side of the complex. Mumini is an engaging Islamic children’s program dedicated to creating meaningful, faith-centered experiences for young learners. During the event, their team will lead interactive activities, Islamic reminders, games, and supervised programming tailored specifically for children ages 4–12 in a safe and structured environment. Ticket Information

  • $35 – Adults (13 years and up)
  • $25 – Children (4–12 years) for the Mumini Children's Program

Please keep your receipt that will be emailed to you — it will serve as your ticket for entry.

A limited number of tickets will also be available for purchase in person at the BES office.

Where is the event taking place?
At Chestnut Hill Developments Recreation Complex, 1867 Valley Farm Rd, Pickering, ON L1V 6K7.

What time is the event?
Sunday, May 3rd from 2:00–6:00 PM.

Can I purchase tickets in person?
Yes. While tickets are primarily sold online, a limited number will be available at the BES office.

Will there be student performances?
Yes! Our students will be showcasing special performances during the program.

Will food be provided?
Yes. Food for both adults and children will be catered by Affy’s Premium Grill.

Is there a children’s program?
Yes. Children ages 4–12 will participate in a separate supervised program in the O’Brien Rooms (east side of the complex), hosted by Mumini. Children in this age group will not be permitted in the main fundraising event.

Are infants permitted?
Yes. Infants and toddlers under the age of 4 are welcome to remain with their parents in the main event.

Is the event segregated?
Yes. Seating during the event will be respectfully arranged in a segregated format.

What are we fundraising for?
We are raising funds to support important student resources that directly enhance our students’ learning experience. This includes strengthening our STEM program, enriching our physical education curriculum, improving school transportation, upgrading our student information system and much more. Your support helps us continue building a well-rounded and supportive educational environment for every student.
