Interested in joining us? Complete the vendor application below. Our vendor coordinator will review your submission and contact selected applicants with confirmation and next steps.

Food
To offer guests a greater variety of choices, menu items may be limited or coordinated with the vendor team.
Categories include:
Food Trucks or Food stalls
Your space includes:
- One 10′ × 10′ tent space
- One 6-foot table
- Two folding chairs
Vendor fee: Revenue-sharing model
- $100 deposit required once spot is confirmed
- 80% of sales goes to the vendor
- 20% of sales supports Pickering Islamic Centre
Additional rentals:
- Electricity: $100.00
- Additional table: $10 each
- Additional chair: $5 each
Requirements:
- Durham Region Health Permit
- Insurance Cenrtificate (if not available, link will be provided)
All food vendors must receive approval from Durham Region Health. Selected vendors will be provided with the permit application link and further instructions.

- Middle stall: $250
- Corner stall: $300
